These first six photos are from the Hasselblad, the first noticeable thing are the weird purple highlights which are from one of two things. First is light leaks in the actual camera and/or film back. The second ls that during shipping/handling the roll of film got loose and the sides/edges of the film got exposedContinue reading “Shooting A Hasselblad For The First Time, Plus Some Random Film Photos/Portraits”

80’s Senior Photos: Taya W.
This shoot was a little hard to do since the only time we could do it was mid day, they turned out pretty good and did the best we could do in the conditions we were given. A Few Nice Afternoons and a Roll of Ektar
Recently shot a pricy roll of Ektar (I hate you film prices, please places stop overcharging). I loved how some of these photos turned out. I am going to also be submitting this for a Landscapes assignment since there are some nice landscapes here.
Pentax SV
Recently I borrowed a Pentax SV that I am probably going to purchase in the near future. It is a very soft feeling camera, but somehow extremely sharp at the same time. Im also turning these photos in for a color assignment because the colors are amazing and are so wonderful.
Black and White in a Rangefinder
Recently I shot a roll of Illford HP5 through a Ricoh deluxe from 1956. Took all of these photos either at antelope island or 25th street in Ogden. there are definitely some good photos here.
Product Photography
So for class we had to do some product photography, so I brought in three film cameras and some film. I took all of these photos and then did some minor edits in Lightroom. I feel all of these photos turned out super well and I had fun with it.
Testing A $20 66 Year Old Rangefinder Camera
A couple of weeks ago I bought a Ricoh range finder from a swap meet, I had no idea if it worked, but I got these scans back and I am glad it worked, maybe my new “fun” camera, the one that captures memories versus to capture actual true photos.
Using Cinestill 800T for the First Time
So at my local camera shop I found a roll of Cinestill 800T and I have been wanting to try it out forever but could never find a roll for cheap or locally. So, I picked it up! Shot the roll over a few days, they’re not all winners but it was a good testContinue reading “Using Cinestill 800T for the First Time”
