Im finally starting to get the hang of film and it is all starting to turn out really well. All of these photos were shot using a Minolta XG-2 using Fuji Superia 400.
Expired Film Venture
For school I got to borrow an Albinar MS-2, with a 50 mm 1.9 lens, I put a roll of fuji superia 400 thats been expired for about for probably around 15 years. The camera was a little finicky so I mistook a bunch of photos, the light meter was a little weird so I mistook a lot of photos and this is what I ended up with.
Black And White Film
Went to salt lake with a roll of black and white film, I think it went pretty well.
Antelope Skater
The other day I went on a pretty sweet date where we went to antelope island. We explored the island and of course, ended up taking some photos. Im nowhere near the best with portraits, but I’m slowly getting better, practice is always needed.
All photos were shot using a Sony a77 with a 18-135 mm lens, all photos were edited using Adobe Lightroom.
Film Photos 2: Electric Boogaloo
So take 2 on film photos, definitely got a bit better since the last time around, ive definitely learned a bit more and I think the photos definitely are better this time around, that could be having more expierence or that the film wasnt expired this time. The next batch will be fun, Ive got a roll of black and white photos all taken in SLC, a new roll also some taken in SLC and whatever I decide to do next with, and an expired roll using a very strange camera. All of these photos were shot using a Minolta XG-1 and slightly touched up in Adobe Lightroom (color correction, spot removal, and resizing/cropping due to some bad scans)

Drawn self portrait
The portrait was completely done in illustrator while drawing only shapes. I brought the photo into illustrator and then simply drew shapes based on what I saw, completely free handed. I tried to keep the photo as close as possible to the original.

Single Photo: The Sky Was On Fire
This photo was my first attempt at using a new camera, a Sony a77, and also shooting in raw, I think it went pretty well personally, had to shoot at 1000 ISO since it was obviously dark out but it still turned out well. Edited using Adobe Lightroom.
