Shooting A Hasselblad For The First Time, Plus Some Random Film Photos/Portraits

These first six photos are from the Hasselblad, the first noticeable thing are the weird purple highlights which are from one of two things. First is light leaks in the actual camera and/or film back. The second ls that during shipping/handling the roll of film got loose and the sides/edges of the film got exposed to light. I shot a second roll through the camera which is currently being developed so we’ll be able to decide if this is user error or the camera having light leaks.

and all of these photos were from a few different days of shooting, i finally busted out the 135 mm lens for the Pentax SV and i do have to say, I actually really do enjoy it. It’s a little bit of a struggle to focus with, but that could also be because of my bad eyes. But when the focus hits, its ridiculously sharp, the Pentax is definitely a soft camera, and i’ll just have to learn to perfect it over time.

80’s Senior Photos: Taya W.

This shoot was a little hard to do since the only time we could do it was mid day, they turned out pretty good and did the best we could do in the conditions we were given. All photos were shot with a Nikon D800 using a 50mm f/1.8 lens, all photos were edited using Adobe Lightroom.

Using Cinestill 800T for the First Time

So at my local camera shop I found a roll of Cinestill 800T and I have been wanting to try it out forever but could never find a roll for cheap or locally. So, I picked it up! Shot the roll over a few days, they’re not all winners but it was a good test of a new, special type of film stock. Also a new film camera, i recently picked up a Nikon 8008s and this is the first roll I got back from the film lab to show off. Im just glad that the camera works, need a new lens for it but it definitely is a camera and it does indeed work.
